This pigment-free treatment works by stimulating your skin's natural healing response. Tiny, controlled channels are created in the skin, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin, the building blocks responsible for healthy, smooth, and resilient skin.
As the skin heals, scar tissue can become smoother, softer, more flexible, and blend more naturally with the surrounding skin. ISR can also help improve colour irregularities within the scar tissue. Depending on the scar and your skin's individual healing response the treatment can to soften excess pigmentation or encourage the return of natural colour in areas where pigment has been lost.
